1. Jail. If the judge finds you guilty at court, zero (probation) to 90 days in Jail. If convicted of an aggravated DUI or if the prosecutor proves at least one prior DUI conviction, the jail terms will be between 4 and364 days in the county jail. With three prior convictions, the conviction is considered a felony with mandatory prison time.
2. One year of Interlock Ignition Device on “your vehicle” (even if you win your MVD hearing, the court can require the Interlock)(same as paragraph one above)(see page five)
3. One Year with an Interlock License from date the license is issued (same as paragraph 2 above)
4. Alcohol Screening Test at DWI Compliance Office 2052 Galisteo Street (1-2 hour session to complete questionnaire online and speak one on one)($75.00 money order only)(see page six)
5. Drug or Alcohol Counseling (bring business card or letter to screening test if you are already working with a counselor or medical professional)(cost varies)
6. 24/48/96 hours of Community Service (non-profit, non-religious group)(see list page 7)

9. Compliance Hearing ~3 months after last court hearing. Five-minute meeting with Judge to make sure you have complied with all of these requirements in a prompt manner
